Our delivery options include:
Option 1: Flat Rate R80 via PostNet (up to 5kgs)
This is a counter to counter delivery to the nearest PostNet.
Delivery within 2 to 3 working days depending on your location.
Option 2: Courier Delivery R50
This is a courier delivery to your door, up to 1kg, to major city centres Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Nelspruit. Delivery within 2-4 days working days depending on your location.
Option 3: Courier Delivery R80
This is a courier delivery to your door, up to 1kg, to Northern Cape and other outlying cities and provinces. Delivery within 4-5 days working days depending on your location.

You will be provided with a tracking number once your item is shipped so you can track it. We do not take responsibility for the delivery of your item once we have sent you your tracking number. The PostNet nearest to you will send you a notification that you can collect your item. We suggest that you call them with your tracking number to make sure that you get your item. You have to collect within 7 days of notification or it will be sent back to us and you will pay the potage fee to have it sent back to you.
You may return most new, unopened items within 2 weeks of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply notify us via email, info at tropicaljbco dot com. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
